Katie Holmes plays a gal trying to prepare Thanksgiving dinner from her estranged family. That's not all she's estranged from in the opening scene as she hops out of bed without her pants. Katie spends a few good minutes in her teeny-tiny undies before getting thrown into the shower (clothes still on). Soon afterwards, Alison Pill is seen in her bra and underwear when her dad (Oliver Platt) walks into her room. About 50 minutes in, Patricia Clarkson looks through some before-and- after pictures of her during her bout with breast cancer. The "before" photo in black-and-white is of her holding her shirt open and revealing her breasts.
