The title of this film refers to a private bar, but the only flowers a-blooming in this flick here are the privates of one Mary Catherine Garrison, who gives the barkeep an extra special tip by sleeping with him and showing us her small but lovely half-pints. While bare breasts start things off well, everyone's favorite wet-T-shirted bartender, Piper Perabo, shows up for only the final 20 minutes of the picture, and she keeps her ugly coyote completely under wraps.
